Abstract

A neck muffler having a heating function is disclosed, which comprises a cloth part which is woven with a wool or a woolen yarn; a film heater which includes an electric resistance material attached to the cloth part; a charging part which provides electric power to the film heater; and a control part which turns on/off a power supplied from the charging part to the film heater and controls a power supply and controls the temperature of the film heater.
