Abstract

　メラノーマの治療に有効な手段を提供することを課題とする。メトトレキセート（Methotrexate）、パクリタキセル（Paclitaxel）、塩酸ダウノルビシン（Daunorubicin, HCl）、塩酸ドキソルビシン（Doxorubicin, HCl）、アクチノマイシンＤ（Actinomycin D）、カンプトテシン（Camptothecin）、エトポシド（Etoposide）、サイトカラシンＤ（Cytochalasin D）、3-ATA（3-amino-9-thio(10H)-acridone）、アフィディコリン（Aphidicolin）、ビスインドールマレイミドI（Bisindolylmaleimide I）、アラビノヌクレオシド（Cytosine Arabinoside）、クルクミン（Curcumin）、2’3’-ジデオキシチミジン三リン酸（2’3’-dideoxythymidine 5’-triphosphate）、チミジン二量体（dipyrimidine dithymidylic acid）、ピリドキサール・リン酸（Pyridoxal 5′-phosphate hydrate）、エピガロカテキンガレート（(-)-Epigallocatechin gallate）、ビダラビン（vidarabine）、レスヴェラトロル（resveratrol）及びリトコール酸（Lithocholic acid）からなる群より選択される化合物からなる、悪性黒色腫抗原の発現上昇剤が提供される。
