Abstract

　本発明の課題は、注射剤や点眼剤や点鼻剤や吸入剤などとして用いることができる、透明性を有するとともに安定性に優れる薬物含有脂肪乳剤およびその製造方法を提供することである。その解決手段としての本発明は、水難溶性薬物、油脂、乳化剤、水を少なくとも構成成分とする薬物含有脂肪乳剤であって、油脂の含量が０．０５～２ｍｇ／ｍＬ、油脂に対する薬物の重量比率（薬物／油脂）が０．０１～２０（但し薬物と油脂の合計含量は最大で５ｍｇ／ｍＬ）、油脂に対する乳化剤の重量比率（乳化剤／油脂）が１～３００であることを特徴とする。その製造方法は、油脂の含量を０．０５～２ｍｇ／ｍＬ、油脂に対する薬物の重量比率（薬物／油脂）を０．０１～２０（但し薬物と油脂の合計含量は最大で５ｍｇ／ｍＬ）、油脂に対する乳化剤の重量比率（乳化剤／油脂）を１～３００として構成成分を乳化することを特徴とする。
