Abstract

La présente a pour objet : une émulsion grasse contenant un agent médicinal, qui peut être utilisée en tant qu'une préparation pour injection, une goutte oculaire, une goutte nasale, une préparation pour inhalation ou équivalents, et qui présente une transparence et une excellente stabilité ; ainsi qu'un procédé de production de l'émulsion grasse. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement une émulsion grasse contenant un agent médicinal, qui comprend au moins un agent médicinal faiblement soluble dans l'eau, une matière grasse, un agent émulsifiant et de l'eau, la teneur en la matière grasse étant de 0,05 à 2 mg/mL, le rapport de l'agent médicinal sur la matière grasse [(agent médicinal)/(matière grasse)] étant de 0,01 à 20 en poids (à condition que la quantité totale de l'agent médicinal et de la matière grasse ne soit pas supérieure à 5 mg/mL) et le rapport de l'agent émulsifiant sur la matière grasse [(agent émulsifiant)/(matière grasse)] étant de 1 à 300 en poids. La présente invention concerne aussi spécifiquement un procédé de production de l'émulsion grasse, qui comprend l'émulsification des composants constituants, la teneur en la matière grasse étant de 0,05 à 2 mg/mL, le rapport de l'agent médicinal sur la matière grasse [(agent médicinal)/(matière grasse)] étant de 0,01 à 20 en poids (à condition que la quantité totale de l'agent médicinal et de la matière grasse ne soit pas supérieure à 5 mg/mL) et le rapport de l'agent émulsifiant sur la matière grasse [(agent émulsifiant)/(matière grasse)] étant de 1 à 300 en poids.
