Abstract

　本発明は、（Ａ）オルガノポリシロキサン１００質量部、及び、（Ｂ）シリカ６０～２００質量部からなるシリカマスターバッチであり、目開き４２０μｍの平織り金網のふるい残分が前記シリカマスターバッチの６５～８５質量％であることを特徴とするシリカマスターバッチに関する。本発明によって、シリカをオルガノポリシロキサンに良好に分散可能であり、短時間にシリカ配合シリコーンゴム組成物を製造できるシリカマスターバッチであって、しかも、当該マスターバッチをオルガノポリシロキサンに混合して得られたシリコーンゴム組成物の硬化物中のゲル粒子の発生を抑制することのできるシリカマスターバッチ、及び、ゲル粒子の発生数の少ない硬化物を与えるシリカ配合シリコーンゴム組成物を提供することができる。
