Abstract

 安価な加熱用燃料を用いて改質原料の改質を完了させられる熱量を発生させ、これにより、炭化水素ガス、重油、石油精製ピッチのような改質原料を経済的に且つ安定して改質きるようする。  所定量の改質原料50を流動層改質炉2に供給する改質原料供給装置19と、流動層燃焼炉1に加熱用燃料40を供給する燃料供給装置5と、流動層改質炉2に供給される改質原料50が流動層改質炉2内で改質を完了できる熱量を流動層燃焼炉1内の循環粒子に付与するよう流動層燃焼炉1に供給する加熱用燃料50を調節する制御装置29とを備える。
