Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'hydrotraitement mettant en œuvre deux lits catalytiques avec introduction sur le dernier lit catalytique d'huiles d'origine animale ou végétale pour co-traiter un mélange formé d'huiles d'origine animale ou végétale et de coupes pétrolières (coupes gazoles (GO) ou distillats moyens) en vue de produire des effluents gazoles aux spécifications avec un indice de cétane amélioré. Le premier lit catalytique est uniquement dédié aux réactions de désulfuration profonde (HDS1 ) d'une charge de type pétrolière. Les effluents du premier lit catalytique, ayant une teneur soufre effluent inférieure ou égale à 50 mg/kg, sont divisés en deux flux. Le premier flux, majoritaire, est dirigé vers le pool gazole. Le second flux est mélangé avec des huiles d'origine végétale ou animale. Ce mélange huile - coupe pétrolière permet d'élever la température des huiles d'origine animale ou végétale tout en abaissant la température des effluents hydrotraités sans pâtir des faibles stabilités thermiques des huiles végétales. Le mélange huile - coupe pétrolière subit alors un hydrotraitement plus doux (HDT2). Les effluents obtenus à l'issu du deuxième lit catalytique peuvent éventuellement être mélangés au flux majoritaire en provenance du premier lit. L'économie du procédé, la tolérance sur les spécifications concernant les huiles d'origine animale ou végétale et la qualité des produits obtenus sont ainsi grandement améliorées.
