Abstract

 固体電解コンデンサは、陽極箔と、陽極箔上に設けられて導電性高分子よりなる固体電解質と、固体電解質上に設けられて固体電解質を介して陽極箔と対向する陰極箔とを備える。陽極箔は、アルミニウムよりなる陽極基材と、陽極基材の表面に設けられてアルミニウムよりなる粗面化層と、粗面化層上に設けられて固体電解質に当接する誘電体酸化皮膜層とを有する。陰極箔は、アルミニウムよりなる陰極基材と、陰極基材の表面上に設けられて固体電解質に当接し、固体電解質を介して陽極箔の誘電体酸化皮膜層に対向するニッケル層とを有する。ニッケル層はニッケルとニッケル酸化物よりなる。この固体電解コンデンサは、大きな容量と低い直列等価抵抗を有し、安価で高信頼性を有する。
