Substrat transparent verrier, associé à un empilement de couches minces formant une électrode, l'empilement comprenant une sous-couche barrière aux alcalins, une couche électroconductrice, ladite couche électroconductrice étant revêtue d'une sur-couche de protection contre l'oxydation, caractérisé en ce que l'empilement comprend une couche de blocage métallique susceptible de s'oxyder lors d'un traitement thermique.
