Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention d'un matériau comprenant un substrat en verre ou vitrocéramique revêtu sur au moins une partie d'au moins une de ses faces d'un empilement de couches minces comprenant au moins une couche mince d'un oxyde transparent électro-conducteur, ledit procédé comprenant : - une étape de dépôt dudit empilement dans laquelle on dépose ladite couche mince d'un oxyde transparent électro-conducteur ainsi qu'au moins une couche mince d'homogénéisation, ladite couche mince d'homogénéisation étant une couche métallique ou à base d'un nitrure métallique autre que le nitrure d'aluminium, ou à base d'un carbure métallique, puis - une étape de traitement thermique dans lequel ledit empilement est soumis à un rayonnement laser focalisé sur ledit revêtement sous la forme d'au moins une ligne laser.
