Abstract
【課題】反応室の表面改質等を行うことなく、簡便に気泡を残留させずに送液が可能であり、所望とする反応の正確な検出、測定を行うことが可能な反応チップを提供する。 【解決手段】本発明の反応チップは、第1の基材(樹脂基材2)の一面、第2の基材(金属基材)の一面の少なくともいずれか一方に、反応容器の一部を構成する複数の凹部6、流路の一部を構成する溝部が形成され、凹部6のうちの溝部の延在方向の少なくとも一方の縁部に、基材の一面2dから凹部の内壁面6dに向けて幅が漸次広くなり深さが漸次深くなる切り欠き部15が形成されている。第1の基材の一面と第2の基材の一面とが互いに対向するように接合され、複数の反応容器と流路とが形成されている。
