Abstract

The invention relates to collagen fibril matrices, which can be obtained by a method for coating carriers with collagen fibril matrices having a defined structure and morphology of flowing solutions. To this end, the structure and morphology are controlled by the variation of one or more different parameters, wherein the group of the parameters to be varied comprises - the substrate materials, - the surface-active coatings on the substrate materials, - the concentration of the solution, - the fibrillation time, and - the fluid dynamics conditions during the deposition process.
