Abstract
Ein Rekuperator-Brenner (10) weist eine Brennkammer (11) und einen Rekuperatorkopf (12) auf. Durch die Brennkammer sind ein Brennstoff (II) sowie primäre Brennluft (I) einführbar, die innerhalb der Brennkammer miteinander vermischt und teilweise durch eine Vorverbrennung verbrannt werden. Die Brennkammer umfasst ein vorderes Ende (11.1) mit einer Auslassöffnung (11.2) für das vorverbrannte Gemisch (III) aus Brennstoff und primäre Brennluft. Der Rekuperatorkopf umgibt zumindest teilweise die Brennkammer im Bereich des vorderen Endes, wobei ein Spalt (13) zwischen der Brennkammer und dem Rekuperatorkopf vorhanden ist, wodurch zusätzliche Brennluft (IV) zuführbar ist, die von einem heißen Abgas (V) des Brenners vorgewärmt ist. Die zusätzliche Brennluft tritt im Bereich des vorderen Endes durch einen Durchlass aus, um anschließend mit dem vorverbrannten Gemisch aus der Brennkammer zu reagieren. An der Auslassöffnung der Brennkammer ist ein Wärmewiderstandsmittel (15) angeordnet, wodurch ein Wärmestrom (51) von der Brennkammer im Bereich der Auslassöffnung auf den Rekuperatorkopf verringerbar ist.
