Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Portlandhüttenzement und Hochofenzement mittels zweistufiger Mahlung mit den folgenden Schritten: a) Portlandzementklinker wird zur Vormahlung in eine erste Mühle, die Zementmühle (24), eingetragen, b) das Austraggut der Zementmühle wird direkt und/oder über ein zwischengeschaltetes Reservoir in den Eintrag eines dynamischen Sichters gegeben, c) in den Eintrag des dynamischen Sichters wird zusätzlich Hüttensandmehl oder Hüttensandgrieß gegeben. d) aus dem dynamischen Sichter ausgetragenes Grobgut wird zur Feinmahlung in den Eintrag einer zweiten Mühle gegeben, e) das Austragsgut der zweiten Mühle wird in den Eintrag des dynamischen Sichters gegeben, und f) Sulfatträger wird entweder der ersten Mühle, dem Eintrag des dynamischen Sichters oder dem Eintrag der zweiten Mühle zugeführt und g) das Feingut des dynamischen Sichters wird einem Reservoir zugeführt.
