Abstract

L'invention concerne un engrais azoté et phosphaté polyvalent à base de matière première de résidus d'origine animale, sous la forme d'os animaux de bovins et/ou de porcs, qui est un engrais azoté et phosphaté (engrais N-P) minéralisé constitué à raison de 65 à 70 % de farine d'os et de viande dégraissés et broyés très finement, d'une granulométrie ≤ 30 μm et de 30 à 35 % d'acide phosphorique converti en une opération de réaction thermochimique en un phosphate soluble dans les acides minéraux à une teneur de 28 à 40 % ou en phosphate soluble dans l'eau à une teneur de 18 à 32 %, et de 4 à < 6 % d'azote. Lors de la fabrication d'un engrais azoté et phosphaté polyvalent, les os d'animaux utilisés subissent un dégraissage et ensuite un broyage très fin, sont mélangés dans un mélangeur spécial avec addition d'acide phosphorique, le TCP, à savoir du phosphate tricalcique insoluble dans l'eau, pour obtenir un MCP soluble dans l'eau et dans les végétaux, à savoir un phosphate monocalcique, les protéines résiduelles des matières premières étant converties en azote minéral N et/ou agglomérées et les réactions chimiques se déroulant pendant une durée de jusque 20 min dans le mélangeur spécial/granulateur ou de quelques secondes dans un réacteur/agglomérateur, pour fournir un engrais azoté et phosphaté utilisable.
