Abstract

　偏平化・大型化されたタイヤであっても、ベルト補強層コードとして適用されたポリケトン繊維コードの特性を活かしつつ、高速走行時の操縦安定性、高速耐久性およびロードノイズ性を向上し、かつコストの低減および軽量化を図り得る空気入りタイヤを提供する。 　略ラジアル方向に配列したコード層よりなるカーカスプライ４と、該カーカスプライ４のトレッド部ラジアル方向外側に順次配置されたベルト５と、ベルト補強層６とを備えた空気入りタイヤにおいて、ベルト補強層６のコードが、原糸弾性率２００ｃＮ／ｄｔｅｘ以上のポリケトン繊維を少なくとも９０質量％以上含む片撚りコードであって、ディップ処理済みコードとしての最大熱収縮応力が１５Ｎ／本以下で、かつ１７７°C×３０分乾熱処理時熱収縮率が０．６％以上、２％未満であり、かつ前記ベルト補強層を形成する繊維コードの撚り数が１２０回／１ｍ以上、４８０回／１ｍ以下である。
