Abstract
最近では、線虫(M)やダニなどの行動が温度走性であることが分かってきている。そのため、従来の顕微鏡用加温装置とは異なり、試料載置面に温度勾配が形成され、しかもその温度勾配を意図的に制御できる試料載置装置が求められている。 試料を載置する試料載置面(31)と、試料載置面(31)を加温する加温手段とを備えた試料載置装置(1)において、加温手段は試料載置面(31)に所望の温度勾配を形成するものである。この温度勾配は、透明抵抗発熱膜領域(35)を単一の材料で構成し、一対の給電用電極の離間距離を変えて温度の異なる小領域(39)に区画することで形成できる。
