Abstract
光路上に設置された光学部材を低温化できる光学部材の設置方法及び、設置構造を提供する。
光学部材を透明基板に接合し、その透明基板を支持体で支持して光路上に設置する設置方法において、該透明基板と該支持体との接触部、および該透明基板に放熱器を該透明基板に接触して設置する場合は該透明基板と該放熱器との接触部の少なくとも一方の接触部の間隙に、液状の熱伝導材料を保持する光学部材の設置方法。
