Abstract

L'invention concerne une découpe de paquet d'articles à fumer et des paquets formés à partir de cette découpe. En particulier, l'invention concerne des découpes et des paquets portant une indication destinée au consommateur, ladite indication indiquant la façon d'ouvrir le paquet pour la première fois. Le paquet est constitué d'une matière non plastique, ce qui permet de faciliter sa mise au rebut. Le paquet comprend une partie couvercle (5a, 5b) et une partie (14) appartenant au corps du paquet. La partie couvercle comprend une partie bord (4) et une partie fermeture (5b), chacune de ces parties étant reliée par une partie amovible (6), notamment une bande déchirable. La partie bord (4) se superpose à une face principale (14) du paquet et est fixée sur cette face par voie adhésive. Pour avoir accès au contenu du paquet, le consommateur doit retirer la bande déchirable (6) en la déchirant le long de lignes prédécoupées (10, 11) pour détacher la partie fermeture (5b) de la partie bord, la partie bord restant collée au paquet (voir fig.4). La partie fermeture peut alors être glissée à l'intérieur de la face principale (voir fig.5) pour permettre l'ouverture et la fermeture du paquet pendant la consommation de son contenu.
