Abstract

　把手部から脚部に向かう途中の杖本体に、座った姿勢から立ち上がる際に把持される補助把手部を設け、補助把手部を把持する使用者の体重が杖本体に軸力として脚部へ伝達されるように構成する。補助把手部は、リング部を有する閉ループ型の形態に形成する。また、補助把手部は、杖本体から外方へ湾曲させた屈曲部を有する開ループ型に形成してもよい。また、補助把手部は、杖本体の中心軸線を含み、かつ、使用者が歩行する方向に沿う面内にほぼ沿って存在するように形成する。これにより、座った姿勢から立ち上がる姿勢への動作を容易に行うことが可能になる。
