Abstract

 十分な難燃性を有し、従来よりも耐摩耗性に優れた絶縁電線およびワイヤーハーネスを提供すること。  導体の外周に多層構造の絶縁体が被覆されており、絶縁体の最外層は、難燃剤を含有する樹脂組成物よりなり、絶縁体の最内層は、最外層よりも少量の難燃剤を含有しているか、難燃剤を含有していない樹脂組成物よりなる絶縁電線とする。最外層は、最外層の樹脂成分100重量部に対して、難燃剤を30~250重量部含有していると良い。また、最内層が難燃剤を含有する場合には、最内層の樹脂成分100重量部に対して、難燃剤を5~50重量部含有すると良い。最内層の厚みは、絶縁体の厚みの1/2以下とし、絶縁体の厚みは、0.5mm以下であると良い。また、上記絶縁電線を含むワイヤーハーネスとする。
