Abstract

アデノシンＡ２Ａ受容体アゴニストである、ＧＷ－３２８２６７、ＵＫ－４３２０９７、若しくは、下記一般式（１）で表される化合物又はその塩は、眼圧下降試験において、いずれも優れた眼圧下降効果を発揮し、緑内障若しくは高眼圧症の予防又は治療剤として有用である。Ｗは水素原子又は下記一般式（８）を示し、；環Ａはベンゼン環、ピリジン環、ピラゾール環、イミダゾール環、シクロヘキサン環等を示し、；Ｘは単結合、Ｏ－ＣＨ２－ＣＨ２、ＮＨ－ＮＨ＝ＣＨ、ＮＨ－ＣＨ２－ＣＨ２、ＣＯ－ＮＨ－ＣＨ２等を示し、；ＹはＣＨ又はＮを示し、；ＺはＣＨ２又はＯを示し、；Ｒ１は水素原子、ハロゲン原子、アルキル基、アルキルアミノカルボニル基等を示し、；Ｒ２はヒドロキシアルキル基、アルキルアミノ基、アルキルアミノカルボニル基、トリアゾリル基等を示し、；Ｒ３は水素原子、アルキル基等を示す。
