Abstract
発熱源と熱的に接触し、該発熱源の熱を奪う受熱プレートと、ラジエータと、この受熱プレートとラジエータとの間で冷媒を循環させるポンプと、ラジエータに対して冷却風を与える冷却ファンとを有する液冷システムにおいて、流路が独立したラジエータを複数設け、これらラジエータに対して冷却風を与える冷却ファンを、該ラジエータの数より少数設けた液冷システム。
