Abstract

 電池の充電状態(SOC)を検出する装置。組電池(100)の電圧を電圧センサ(120―1)~(120-n)で検出する。判定部(160)は、電池電圧が所定のしきい電圧Vth1、Vth2にそれぞれ達するタイミングにおける電流をサンプリングし、サンプリングした電流の代表値I1、I2と、Vth1、Vth2とに基づいて、開放端電圧Vocvを算出する。さらに、予め求めたVocvとSOCとの対応関係を用いて、算出したVocvに対応するSOCを算出する。
