Abstract

Dispositif de lecture de la fluorescence émise par des éléments chromophores associés à des composants biologiques ou chimiques à la surface d'un objet (10), comprenant des moyens (12) d'éclairage des éléments chromophores par une lumière d'excitation produite par une source laser (16) et passant dans un guide d'onde formé par un barreau (18) de matière transparente, et des moyens (14) de collecte et de captation de la fluorescence émise par les éléments chromophores, ces moyens (14) comprenant un système optique (34) à grand champ.
