Abstract
La présente invention concerne une machine pour couper, ouvrir et déballer des paquets de cigarettes à couvercle à rabat et sélectionner des cigarettes conformes, utilisée comme équipement utilisé dans le domaine de l'industrie des cigarettes. Ladite machine comprend : un magasin (10); une bande transporteuse d'alimentation (30); un dispositif de transfert (50); un dispositif pour couper de manière longitudinale le carton de paquet (70); un dispositif pour transporter les paquets pendant le processus (90); un dispositif pour couper de manière transversale le carton du paquet (110) et un dispositif pour extraire la partie de carton découpée et former une fenêtre afin d'avoir accès à une feuille d'aluminium (130). La machine comprend également un dispositif pour ouvrir les faces supérieure et inférieure les plus petites du paquet (150); un dispositif pour créer une ouverture supérieure et former une fenêtre afin d vider les cigarettes (170); un dispositif pour retourner le paquet ouvert et déballer les cigarettes (190); un dispositif pour collecter les cigarettes déballées (210); un dispositif pour vérifier les cigarettes déballées et sélectionner des cigarettes conformes (230); et un ensemble d'élimination comprenant : un dispositif pour éliminer les chutes de paquet (250); un dispositif pour sortir les cigarettes conformes sélectionnées (270); et un dispositif pour jeter les cigarettes non conformes (280).
