Abstract

　生体内での肝機能を再現することができる肝細胞培養容器及び肝細胞培養方法を提供すること。 本発明に係る肝細胞培養容器１０は、表面に複数のマイクロ容器１１を有する肝細胞培養容器１０であって、マイクロ容器１１の底部面積が０．０１～０．１ｍｍ２であり、マイクロ容器１１を構成する側壁１３の高さが２５～１５０μｍあるものである。また、マイクロ容器１１の底部形状が等方的であって、長径が短径の１～１．５倍の範囲内であることが好ましい。
