Abstract

　本発明は、微細な形状が形成された金型を用いて、微細な形状を樹脂に転写し成形された成形材を、金型から損傷なく、容易に離型することができる成形装置及びその制御方法を提供する。前記成形装置及びその制御方法は、金型から成形材を離型する離型力を検出し、前記離型力が前記成形材に応じて予め設定された所定の離型力の値以上になった回数が、予め設定された所定の回数となった場合に、警告信号を出力することを特徴とする。
