Abstract

打撃工具の打撃に伴う振動を低減して、操作性や作業性を良好とする。ハンマードリル（１）において、ツールホルダ（７）へ回転伝達を行う減速軸（３２）と出力軸（９）との間に、出力軸（９）の回転を減速して減速軸（３２）へ伝達する中間減速軸（３１）を、出力軸（９）よりも前方で出力軸（９）と平行に配置して、減速軸（３２）を中間減速軸（３１）よりも前方に配置する一方、出力軸（９）が減速軸（３２）の第３ギヤ（３７）よりも上方へ突出するようにモータ（８）を配置して、モータ（８）をツールホルダ（７）の軸線に近づけた。よって、ハンマードリル（１）の重心が前方且つ上方寄りに位置し、穿孔作業等の際にビット（２０）先端を中心としてハンマードリル（１）に発生するモーメントが小さくなる。
