Abstract

A liquid heating vessel comprises a lower, electrically heated liquid vessel and an upper liquid vessel that is mountable on the lower vessel. Various heating arrangements are provided for heating the upper and/or lower vessel. The upper liquid vessel may be arranged so that that warm air from the lower vessel is retained in contact with a sidewall of the upper vessel. In another embodiment, the lower vessel includes a handle engageable with the upper vessel so as to retain the upper and lower vessels together.
