Abstract

La invención consiste en una chancla desechable, ampliamente utilizada en hoteles, balnearios, spas, gimnasios, piscinas o centros de estética, constituida por una lámina (1) troquelada con un cuerpo (2) principal correspondiente a la planta del pie de la que emergen un par de alas (3) troqueladas laterales y opuestas destinadas a unirse, de tal forma que, de un ala emerge una lengüeta y el segundo ala está ranurada, disponiendo de un medio de cierre en el que la lengüeta (7) está destinada a unir por medio de una primera inserción en la ranura (5) exterior y una segunda inserción por la ranura (6) interior.

CHANCLA DESECHABLE
DESCRIPCIÓN
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención ahora propugnada consiste en una chancla desechable, formada por una lámina fina troquelada que destaca por tener un cuerpo principal que se adecúa a la forma del pie de la que emergen un par de alas laterales y opuestas.
Las dos alas opuestas disponen de unas aberturas simétricas. A modo de ejemplo de realización de la invención, una de las alas presenta varias ranuras a distintas alturas y la otra muestra una lengüeta dentada como prolongación de dicha ala.
El cierre de la chancla se consigue pasando la lengüeta primeramente por la ranura exterior, para a continuación introducirla en la ranura interior de tal manera que el extremo de la lengüeta queda a la vista del usuario ya que queda en la parte exterior del empeine.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Las chanclas desechables son ampliamente utilizadas en distintos tipos de instalaciones, ya sean hoteles, balnearios, spas, gimnasios, piscinas o centros de estética.
Su carácter personal y desechable hace que el usuario quede protegido de los posibles problemas de higiene en zonas húmedas. Adicionalmente, evita la necesidad de que el usuario de tales instalaciones lleve sus propias chanclas. La solicitud de Modelo Industrial en España con número de publicación 10157257 describe unas chanclas desechables formadas por una lámina fina troquelada y dos alas opuestas.
Una de las alas presenta una ranura abierta en el extremo exterior y el otro ala se prolonga en forma de botón unido por un cuello al resto.
Dispone también de dos cortes longitudinales curvos en los laterales a la altura de cada una de las dos alas laterales.
La invención propugnada supera a esta ya que la nueva chancla incorpora un medio de cierre más eficaz y robusto estableciendo un mejor ajuste de la chancla al pie del usuario. Además, el cierre permite una regulación de la anchura del empeine de la chancleta, pudiendo adecuarla al pie.
Así la chancla adquiere una configuración estable.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención objeto de la presente memoria se refiere a una chancla desechable, formada por una lámina fina troquelada con un cuerpo principal que se adecúa a la forma del pie de la que emergen un par de alas troqueladas laterales y opuestas destinadas a unirse dando lugar a la configuración final .
Dicha chancla, en disposición abierta, presenta las dos alas opuestas que pueden ser simétricas y que emergen del cuerpo principal de la lámina que determina el sitio de apoyo de la planta del pie. Ambas alas están troqueladas. En un modo de llevar a cabo la invención, una y otra o ambas disponen de sendas aberturas simétricas que se sitúan en la parte más interna de las alas y que facilitan el cierre de la chancla al reducir su resistencia al doblado.
Caracteriza la invención la presencia de un medio de cierre robusto que hace que la chancla esté reforzada en disposición cerrada además de presentar dicho cierre un medio de regulación de la anchura del empeine, pudiéndose adaptar al pie. Esta regulación se consigue debido a la presencia de un dentado de la lengüeta que opone resistencia a la salida.
Este medio de cierre comprende al menos dos ranuras, una exterior y otra interior en una de las alas y una prolongación o lengüeta en el ala opuesta.
En un ejemplo de realización, las ranuras exterior e interior se encuentran dispuestas paralelamente una encima de la otra.
En este ejemplo, la ranura interior presenta un corte transversal que llega hasta la abertura simétrica y que facilita la entrada de la lengüeta en la ranura interior una vez que ya ha sido introducida en la ranura exterior para alcanzar la configuración final de la chancla.
El otro ala puede disponer de una lengüeta con un dentado como prolongación de dicha ala de tal manera que al hacer coincidir ranuras y lengüeta, introduciendo la lengüeta por las ranuras, primeramente por la ranura exterior, para a continuación introducirla en la ranura interior de tal manera que el extremo de la lengüeta queda a la vista del usuario ya que queda en la parte exterior del empeine, se consigue la disposición cerrada. Adicionalmente, el dentado refuerza el modo de cierre evitando que la chancla se abra ya que debido a su especial forma, opone resistencia al movimiento de salida de la lengüeta de las ranuras.
De este modo, la lengüeta queda perfectamente ajustada en la ranuras, determinando un cierre estable.
Adicionalmente el dentado de la lengüeta proporciona distintos medios de regulación del ancho del empeine de la chancleta.
La lengüeta, a modo de ejemplo, puede tener diferentes formas, de entre las que destacan la forma de ancla y semicircular.
Así, la chancla adquiere la forma deseada para su uso, con un cierre robusto.
Por último, la parte del cuerpo principal que estará en contacto con el suelo, puede presentar una lámina antideslizante que evitará que el usuario se resbale. De forma opcional, el cuerpo principal que está en contacto con el pie también puede incorporar una lámina antideslizante.
En resumen, los elementos esenciales de esta chancla se pueden establecer definiendo que dicha chancla desechable está constituida por una lámina troquelada con un cuerpo principal correspondiente a la planta del pie de la que emergen un par de alas troqueladas laterales y opuestas destinadas a unirse de tal modo que:
• de un ala emerge una lengüeta; y,
• el segundo ala está ranurada donde el rasurado del segundo ala es al menos doble contando con una ranura exterior y otra interior de tal modo que se dispone de un medio de cierre en el que la lengüeta está destinada a unir por medio de doble inserción, una primera inserción en la ranura exterior y una segunda inserción por la ranura interior quedando finalmente el extremo de la lengüeta en la parte externa del empeine .
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Se complementa la presente memoria descriptiva, con un juego de planos, ilustrativos del ejemplo preferente y nunca limitativos de la invención.
La Figura 1 representa la chancla en disposición abierta.
La Figura 2 representa la chancla en disposición cerrada.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de lo anteriormente enunciado, la presente invención consiste en una chancla desechable que presenta un cierre robusto.
Esta realización preferente consiste en una chancla desechable, formada por una lámina (1) fina troquelada de forma esencialmente elipsoidal con un cuerpo (2) principal que se adecúa a la forma del pie de la que emergen un par de alas (3) troqueladas laterales y opuestas destinadas a unirse dando lugar a la configuración final .
Dicha chancla, en disposición abierta, presenta las dos alas (3) opuestas y aproximadamente simétricas que emergen del cuerpo (2) principal que determina el sitio de apoyo de la planta del pie . Ambas alas (3) están troqueladas y disponen de sendas aberturas (4) simétricas en forma de medialuna que se sitúan en la parte más interna de las alas (3) y que facilitan el cierre de la chancla.
Una de las alas (3) presenta dos ranuras (5,6) a distintas alturas o posiciones, una exterior (5) y otra interior (6) dispuestas paralelamente una encima de la otra.
El otro ala (3) dispone de una lengüeta (7) en forma de ancla con un dentado (7.1) triangular como prolongación de dicha ala (3) de tal manera que al hacer coincidir ranuras (5,6) y lengüeta (7), introduciendo la lengüeta (7) por las ranuras (5,6), primeramente por la ranura (5) exterior, para a continuación introducirla en la ranura (6) interior, de tal manera que el extremo de la lengüeta (7) queda a la vista del usuario ya que queda en la parte exterior del empeine y se consigue la disposición cerrada configurando definitivamente la chancleta con un cierre robusto.
Es decir, el ranurado es doble contando con una ranura (5) exterior y otra interior (6) de tal modo que se dispone de un medio de cierre en el que la lengüeta
(7) está destinada a unir por medio de doble inserción, una primera inserción en la ranura (5) exterior y una segunda inserción por la ranura (6) interior.
La ranura (6) interior presenta un corte (6.1) transversal que llega hasta la abertura (4) simétrica y que facilita la entrada de la lengüeta (7) en la ranura (6) interior tras haber sido primeramente introducida en al ranura (5) exterior para alcanzar la configuración final de la chancla.
Adicionalmente, por medio del dentado (7.1), se refuerza el modo de cierre evitando que la chancla se abra ya que debido a su especial forma, opone resistencia al movimiento de salida de la lengüeta (7) de las ranuras (5,6) . Es decir, el dentado (7.1) de la lengüeta (7) proporciona distintos modos de regulación del ancho del empeine .
La lengüeta (7) queda perfectamente ajustada en las ranuras (5,6), determinando un cierre estable. El dentado (7.1) evita que la lengüeta (7) salga de las ranuras (5,6), ya que opone resistencia para salir.
La ranura (6) interior es más pequeña que la exterior (5) y presenta un corte (6.1) transversal que llega hasta la abertura (4) , de manera que la lengüeta (7) en forma de ancla pueda ser introducida por dicho corte (6.1) tras haber pasado primeramente por la ranura (5) exterior y quedar así ajustada en la ranura (6) interior.
Por último, la parte del cuerpo (2) principal que estará en contacto con el suelo, presenta una lámina antideslizante que evitará que el usuario se resbale. De forma opcional, el cuerpo (2) principal que está en contacto con el pie también puede incorporar una lámina antideslizante .

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Ia.- Chancla desechable constituida por una lámina
(1) troquelada con un cuerpo (2) principal correspondiente a la planta del pie de la que emergen una par de alas (3) troqueladas laterales y opuestas destinadas a unirse de tal modo que:
• de un ala emerge una lengüeta; y,
• el segundo ala está ranurada caracterizada porque el ranurado del segundo ala es al menos doble contando con una ranura (5) exterior y otra interior (6) de tal modo que se dispone de un medio de cierre en el que la lengüeta (7) está destinada a unir por medio de doble inserción, una primera inserción en la ranura (5) exterior y una segunda inserción por la ranura (6) interior.
2 a.- Chancla desechable según reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque la prolongación o lengüeta (7) presenta un dentado (7.1) que opone resistencia a la salida de la lengüeta (7) de las ranuras (5,6) permitiendo la regulación del ancho del empeine.
3a.- Chancla desechable según reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque la lengüeta (7) tiene forma de ancla o forma semicircular.
4a.- Chancla desechable según reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque la ranura (6) interior presenta un corte (6.1) transversal.
5a.- Chancla desechable según reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque las alas (3) presentan unas aberturas (4) que facilitan el cierre de la chancla por reducción de la resistencia de la lámina (1) .
6a.- Chancla desechable según reivindicación 5 caracterizada porque las aberturas (4) tienen forma de medialuna.
7a.- Chancla desechable según reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque la lámina (1) del cuerpo (2) principal incorpora adicionalmente una segunda lámina antideslizante .
8a.- Chancla desechable según reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque la lámina (1) del cuerpo (2) principal incorpora una segunda y una tercera lámina, una a cada lado de la lámina (1) del cuerpo (2) principal.
