Abstract

Cette invention concerne une composition de précurseur polyimide photosensible de type positif, laquelle composition adopte une nouvelle structure à l'état cuit et présente d'excellentes caractéristiques mécaniques et une excellente résistance à la chaleur. Cette composition est préparée au moyen d'un précurseur polyimide à plusieurs ramifications présentant une structure dendritique en tant que structure de base et au moyen d'un composé quinonediazide.
