Abstract

熱交換効率を高めることが目的とされる。熱交換器用フィン(1)は、伝熱管に取設されるフィンであって、フィン本体(11)と、カラー(13)の複数と、立設部(14)とを備える。フィン本体(11)は、所定の方向(91)に延在し、伝熱管が挿入される複数の孔が、所定の方向(91)に沿って配置されている。カラー(13)は、フィン本体(11)に対して同じ側で、孔のそれぞれに一つずつ、孔を取り囲んで立設されている。熱交換器用フィン(1)をカラー(13)側から見たときのカラー(13)はいずれも、フィン本体(11)の表面(111)を所定の方向(91)に沿って延びる二本の直線(101,102)の間に配置され、外周(131)が二本の直線(101,102)に接している。立設部(14)は、カラー(13)と同じ側でフィン本体(11)に立設されており、二本の直線(101,102)の外側に位置している。立設部(14)の先端(141)は、表面(111)から見て、カラー(13)の先端(132)よりも高い位置にある。
