Abstract

L'invention concerne une ailette qui augmente le rendement d'échange thermique d'un échangeur thermique. L'ailette (1) pour un échangeur thermique est une ailette adaptée sur des tubes de conduction de chaleur et présente un corps d'ailette (11), des colliers (13) et une partie dressée (14). Le corps d'ailette (11) s'étend dans une direction prédéterminée (91) et présente des trous pour l'introduction des tubes de conduction de chaleur et disposés le long de la direction prédéterminée (91). Chaque collier (13) est dressé sur le même côté que le corps d'ailette (11) de façon à entourer chaque trou. Si l'on regarde l'ailette (1) à partir du côté du collier (13), on peut voir que les colliers (13) sont disposés entre deux lignes droites (101, 102) s'étendant dans la direction prédéterminée (91) sur la surface (111) du corps d'ailette (11), et que les périphéries externes (131) des colliers (13) sont en contact avec les deux lignes droites (101, 102). La partie dressée (14) est dressée sur le corps d'ailette (11) du même côté que les colliers (13) et est positionnée sur le côté extérieur des deux lignes droites (101, 102). Une extrémité (141) de la partie dressée (14) est, lorsqu'elle est observée à partir du côté de surface (111), à une position plus élevée que les extrémités (132) des colliers (13).
