 ポリマーフィルムを下記式(1)の条件を満たす温度T(単位;°C)で熱処理すれば、透明ポリマーフィルムのレタデーションの発現性を容易に調整することができる。  式(1): Tc≦T<Tm0 [式中、Tcは熱処理前のポリマーフィルムの結晶化温度(単位;°C)を表し、Tm0は熱処理前のポリマーフィルムの融点(単位;°C)を表す。]
