Abstract
Disclosed is an important production intermediate for an optically active phthalazinone derivative [1], which is useful as a pharmaceutical product, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Also disclosed are a method for producing an optically active carboxylic acid [2] using the production intermediate, and a method for producing a phthalazinone derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof utilizing the production method of carboxylic acid. Specifically disclosed are the following (1)-(4). (1) A hydrate of a salt composed of cis-(+)-6-(3,4-dimethoxybenzoyl)cyclohex-3-en-1-carboxylic acid and (+)-α-methylbenzylamine (2) The hydrate of (1) which is a monohydrate (3) A hydrate of a salt composed of cis-(-)-6-(3,4-dimethoxybenzoyl)cyclohex-3-en-1-carboxylic acid and (-)-α-methylbenzylamine (4) The hydrate of (3) which is a monohydrate
