バインダー樹脂を全く含まず、簡単な方法で製造することができ、かつ安定性の高い保護膜およびその製造方法を提供する。 第1の官能基を有する第1の膜化合物で表面が覆われた微粒子21と、第1の官能基と反応して結合を形成する複数の架橋反応基を有する架橋剤12とを含む混合物を基材31の表面に塗布し、第1の官能基と架橋反応基との架橋反応により硬化することにより保護膜10を得る。
