Abstract

 遠心鋳造装置(20)の円筒状金型(22)を好適にはGNo.30以上として回転させながら粉末(P)を導入し、該粉末(P)からなる外側円筒形状体(14)を設ける。次に、円筒状金型(22)の回転を続行させながら外側円筒形状体(14)の内周壁側に溶湯(L1)を導入し、内側円筒形状体12を形成する。外側円筒形状体(14)は、溶湯(L1)が冷却固化する際に冷やし金(チラー)として機能する。粉末(P)からなる外側円筒形状体(14)に代替し、溶湯を用いて外側円筒形状体を形成してもよいし、予め円筒状に成形された外側円筒形状成形体を用いるようにしてもよい。
