Abstract

La présente invention concerne un verre stratifié qui peut éliminer les défauts liés à des bulles d'air autour d'un film électroconducteur formé en plaçant un film intermédiaire servant d'écran sonore comprenant trois couches de polyvinyl-acétal, l'application d'une pâte électrocondutrice et le chauffage de l'ensemble. Dans un mode de réalisation du verre stratifié, la distance (D1) entre la surface latérale interne d'une plaque de verre (1) dotée d'un film électroconducteur (5) formé sur celle-ci et une seconde couche de polyvinyl-acétal (12) ayant une teneur élevée en plastifiant est plus grande que la distance (D2) entre la surface latérale interne de l'autre plaque de verre (2) et la deuxième couche (12). Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la partie terminale de la deuxième couche (12) passe vers l'arrière de la partie terminale d'un film intermédiaire (3) pour éliminer la deuxième couche (12) de la surface sur laquelle le film électroconducteur (5) a été formé. Le polyvinyl-acétal ayant une teneur en plastifiant plus faible que la deuxième couche (12) est placé sur cette surface.
