Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille à prisme, comprenant les étapes suivantes : appliquer une couche de résine transparente de type gel d'un côté d'un substrat en résine transparent ; former une structure de prisme sur la couche de résine transparente de type gel ; durcir la couche de résine transparente de type gel portant la structure de prisme ; utiliser deux substrats en résine transparents portant une structure de prisme ; former une couche adhésive d'une épaisseur prédéterminée d'un côté de l'un quelconque des deux substrats en résine transparents, ledit côté étant celui qui ne porte pas la structure de prisme ; presser les deux substrats en résine transparents l'un contre l'autre de façon qu'une partie de la structure de prisme formée sur l'un des substrats en résine transparents pénètre dans la couche adhésive formée sur l'autre substrat en résine transparent ; et durcir la couche adhésive.
