Abstract

L'invention vise à proposer une technique de décharge de gouttelettes liquides pour maintenir l'extrémité avant d'un piston à un temps de décharge dans un état sans contact avec la paroi interne d'une chambre de liquide. L'invention concerne spécifiquement un dispositif et un procédé de décharge de gouttelettes liquides, qui peuvent décharger de façon satisfaisante même une matière liquide contenant une charge telle qu'une pâte à souder. Le dispositif de décharge de gouttelettes liquides comprend une chambre de liquide ayant un orifice de décharge pour décharger une matière liquide, un trou traversant communiquant avec la chambre de liquide, un piston introduit dans le trou traversant et ayant sa partie d'extrémité avant déplacée d'avant en arrière dans la chambre de liquide, des moyens de déplacement de piston pour déplacer le piston d'avant en arrière, et des moyens de décision de position de piston pour réguler la position de la partie d'extrémité avant du piston. Le dispositif de décharge de gouttelettes liquides déplace et arrête le piston, tandis que la partie d'extrémité avant du piston et la paroi interne de la chambre de liquide ne sont pas en contact, de telle sorte que la matière liquide se voit donner une force d'inertie et est déchargée à l'état de gouttelettes. Le dispositif et le procédé de décharge de gouttelettes liquides sont caractérisés par le fait que les moyens de décision de position de piston régulent la position de la partie d'extrémité avant du piston arrêté, au voisinage de la paroi interne de la chambre de liquide dans la direction de déplacement.
