Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de palier magnétique intégré de moteur dans lequel la durabilité sur une longue période de paliers à rouleaux sous une poussée axiale est améliorée, qui est compact et peut soutenir une rotation grande vitesse, et dans lequel le moteur peut être refroidi par une structure simple. Le dispositif de palier magnétique intégré de moteur porte un arbre principal (13) sur lequel un rotor (28a) du moteur (28), un rouet du compresseur (6a), et une pale de turbine (7a) sont installés. Le dispositif de palier comporte des paliers à rouleaux (15, 16) et un palier magnétique. Les paliers à rouleaux (15, 16) supportent une charge radiale, et le palier magnétique supporte l'une ou l'autre ou les deux parmi une charge axiale et une précharge de palier. Un électroaimant (17) formant le palier magnétique est monté sur un boîtier d'arbre (14) pour être en regard sans contact avec une plaque de poussée (13a) prévue sur l'arbre principal (13). Le dispositif de palier comporte également un circuit de refroidissement de moteur (41) pénétrant à travers cette partie de boîtier d'arbre (14) dans laquelle un moteur (28) est placé, et le circuit de refroidissement de moteur (41) est muni d'un trajet de circulation de fluide frigorigène d'un dispositif de refroidissement dans lequel un compresseur (6), comprenant un rouet (6a), et une turbine d'expansion (7), comprenant un pale de turbine (7a) sont disposés.
