Abstract
本発明は、I型アレルギー疾患等のアレルギー疾患や、関節リウマチ、炎症性腸疾患等の自己免疫疾患を効果的、かつ安全に治療、改善、又は予防することが可能な医薬及び食品を提供することを目的とする。即ち本発明は、ブドウの果皮及び種子の少なくともいずれかを乳酸菌で発酵させて得られるブドウ果皮・種子乳酸菌発酵物を含むことを特徴とする医薬に関し、また、ブドウの果皮及び種子の少なくともいずれかを乳酸菌で発酵させて得られるブドウ果皮・種子乳酸菌発酵物を含むことを特徴とする食品に関する。
