Abstract
アルカリ接合により、ガラスと、ガラスを含む他素材との接合を行う。すなわち、一方の石英ガラス20aに、マイクロチップで使用する微細な流路30を形成する。他方の石英ガラス10aを5重量%のアルカリ溶液に5分間浸す。その後、この石英ガラス10aを、流路30が形成された石英ガラス20aに貼り合わせる。貼り合わせた状態で、所定時間、所定温度、所定圧力で維持し、接合を完成させる。かかる方法で、ガラスと、ガラス以外の素材との接合も容易に行える。
