Abstract

 Siを添加して鋳造性を向上させたアルミニウム合金材であって、熱伝導性と強度を向上させた熱伝導用途用アルミニウム合金材を提供する。  Si:7.5~12.5質量%、Cu:0.1~2.0質量%、残部がAl及び不可避的不純物からなる組成とし、母相中のCuの固溶量が0.3質量%以下に規制する。Fe:0.3質量%以上及び/又はMg:0.1質量%以上を更に含めてもよく、その場合、(Fe含有量)+(不純物中Mn含有量)×2の総量が1.0質量%以下、(Cu含有量)+(不純物中Mg含有量)×2.5+(不純物中Zn含有量)の総量が2.0質量%以下であるようにする。
