Abstract
L'invention concerne un instrument de réduction de fractures de corps osseux, s'étendant entre une extrémité distale (2) et une extrémité proximale, l'extrémité distale comportant au moins un élément déformable (5) apte à passer d'une position relaxée pour le positionnement de l'extrémité distale à l'intérieur du corps osseux, à une position déformée pour former une cavité à l'intérieur du corps osseux, l'élément déformable étant sollicité par un mécanisme de déplacement (6) afin que l'élément déformable puisse passer d'une position à une autre et réciproquement. Selon l'invention, l'élément déformable (5) est une lame dont les deux extrémités sont pourvues d'axes de rotation (7, 8) montés librement en rotation entre deux supports de montage (9, 10) dont au moins un est sollicité par le mécanisme de déplacement (6) pour être mobile en translation afin de rapprocher les extrémités de la lame (5) avec une rotation desdites extrémités.
