Abstract

L'objectif de l'invention est de créer un procédé permettant la séparation d'un monomère d'immunoglobuline avec un degré de précision élevé en soumettant une solution d'immunoglobuline comprenant au moins le monomère d'immunoglobuline et un agrégat de celui-ci à une filtration tangentielle à travers une membrane d'ultrafiltration; et un module de membrane d'ultrafiltration et un appareil de filtration tangentielle destinés à être utilisés dans ledit procédé. A cet effet, le procédé selon l'invention permet de séparer un monomère d'immunoglobuline en soumettant une solution d'immunoglobuline comprenant au moins le monomère d'immunoglobuline et un agrégat de celui-ci et ayant une concentration d'immunoglobuline de 1 à 150 g/l à la filtration tangentielle à travers une membrane d'ultrafiltration ayant un poids moléculaire de coupure non inférieur à 100000 et inférieur à 500000. De cette manière, le monomère d'immunoglobuline peut être transmis à un taux de passage de 80 % ou plus et avec des performances de fractionnement telles que le rapport du taux de passage d'un dimère d'immunoglobuline passant à travers la membrane d'ultrafiltration sur le taux de passage du monomère d'immunoglobuline passant à travers la membrane d'ultrafiltration soit égal à 0,2 ou moins.
