Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'amortissement de vibrations comprenant un passage de court-circuit (R) et une valve de contrôle montée sur un ressort à lames (90) au centre d'un élément de cloisonnement (44). Le passage de court-circuit (R) assure l'interconnexion entre une chambre de liquide principale (84) et une chambre de liquide secondaire (86). La valve de contrôle montée sur un ressort à lames (90) ouvre et ferme le passage de court-circuit (R). La valve de contrôle montée sur un ressort à lames (90) ferme le passage de court-circuit (R) lorsque la pression dans la chambre de liquide principale (84) est supérieure ou égale à un niveau prédéterminé et ouvre le passage de court-circuit (R) lorsque la pression dans la chambre de liquide principale (84) est inférieure au niveau prédéterminé. La construction évite le bruit et les vibrations dus à la cavitation et fournit le dispositif d'amortissement des vibrations ayant un rapport dynamique/statique faible de constante de rappel pour une large plage de vibrations.
