Après avoir laminé et égalisé la pièce en plastique (1) on la photopolymérise puis on la sort du moule, ce qui produit ainsi une pièce en plastique (1) comportant une couche de matière colloïdale photopolymérisée (2) à grain tridimensionnel (3). On forme ensuite un revêtement photomodifié (4) sur la pièce en plastique (1) comportant une couche de matière colloïdale photopolymérisée (2) à grain tridimensionnel (3) par électrodéposition sous vide ou revêtement par pulvérisation directe. Après la formation du film, on place le côté de la pièce en plastique (1) comprenant la couche de matière colloïdale photomodifiable (2), dans le moule où la matière colloïdale photopolymérisée est injectée puis laminée et photopolymérisée et enfin sortie du moule, de sorte qu'une autre couche photopolymérisée (5) à surface égalisée soit formée sur le revêtement photomodifié (4), ce qui produit ainsi la pièce en plastique (1) à grain tridimensionnel (3).
