Abstract

　太陽電池用シリコン原料を低コストで連続的に生成する。 　ガス化した四塩化珪素及びガス化した亜鉛を使用した四塩化珪素の亜鉛還元反応により、数十μｍ～数百μｍ径のシリコンを連続的に製造する。反応炉（１）は、反応室（２）と、生成されたシリコンを取り出すための取出室（３）から構成される。反応室（２）の底板（６）に、亜鉛を供給するための多数の孔が設けられている。また、反応室（２）は、底板（６）から立ち上げられた導入管（２１ａ）から四塩化珪素を供給する。反応室（２）にはキャリアガスと一緒にシリコンシードを供給し、顆粒状のシリコン析出を促進する。
